The 8th Dulan Clinic Festival Celebrates "Exercise Made Easy!"

Dulan Village News—Today, the Dulan Clinic held its 8th annual festival, attracting residents from Dulan Village, Donghe Township, and across the nation, along with friends from home healthcare. The event was hosted by Dr. Yu Shang-ju, the clinic director, celebrating the clinic's anniversary while promoting the importance of healthy living.

This year’s festival theme, “Exercise Made Easy!”, aimed to encourage everyone to recognize the benefits of physical activity for health. In his opening speech, Dr. Yu emphasized that the festival is not just a celebration but a vital opportunity to enhance community health. He noted that many villagers worked hard to recover from colds to participate in the festivities in their best condition.

The event featured **12 activity stations**, with villagers and volunteers forming **15 teams** to partake in various athletic challenges, adding a layer of fun and competition to the day. Dr. Yu expressed special gratitude to the volunteers and clinic staff for their diligent planning of this annual event. He hopes that through exercise, everyone can lead healthier, longer lives.

Additionally, Dr. Yu thanked Dulan Elementary School for providing an excellent venue and expressed his hopes that all attendees would leave the festival with health and happiness.
